Would you like to live a more fulfilling life?

The quickest way to course correct is to get completely present, look around to see what you have already created, decide what’s working for you and what isn’t working. Check your thoughts and feelings so you can decide where to begin with charting your new course of action.

Here’s an example scenario:

You’ve decided to stop eating potato chips and chocolate. You make a decision to watch what you eat. But two hours later, you suddenly realize you’re sitting in front of the television, bag of potato chips in hand.

Now imagine the same scenario, yet this time you decide to respond differently. You spend some time thinking about how to ensure you avoid potato chips and chocolate. You decide to take your junk food over to a friend’s house and leave it there. At dinner, you smile to yourself as you prepare to eat a salad and baked chicken because you plan to thoughtfully focus on eating healthy.

The second scenario demonstrates the concept of living a intentional living. Knowing what you want, choosing how you spend your time, and staying in touch with your thoughts and feelings are indicators of a intentional living.

There are many techniques you can implement to help you intentionally live the way you want to. When you live intentionally, you’re no longer a victim of circumstances, being blown in an unwanted direction.

Try out a couple of these ideas to get you started and inspire you on your newfound journey:

1. Creating the life you want is a step-by-step process. Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day.

* Spend some time exploring what you already love about your life then decide what areas you would like to change

* Next, think about what deliberate steps you can begin today to create the life you absolutely love. You see I want you to fall in love with your Life!

2. Seek balance in your life. We all need time to play, time to work and time to just simply be!

3. Live in the present moment. Yes I know you have heard this before, but what does it really meant to you?

Consider this example:

* While you’re visiting your mother/friend/partner, think about and enjoy your conversation and activities together. Avoid making your grocery store list mentally or trying to recall what else you have to do today. Just stay in the present moment with your loved one and focus on the time the two of you are sharing.

4. Know thyself. Increase your awareness of your likes and dislikes so you can do more of what you like and love! This will add more zest to your life.

* Learn what’s important to you. Discover what makes you tick, what drives you, and what you find inspiring. Be Inspired!

5. Live and Speak your Truth.

* When you speak and live your truth, you stay faithful to what’s genuinely important to you.

6. Learn to let go of negativity and situations you can’t control.

* Conserve your emotional energy for what you actually can change: YOU and Your LIFE

7. Take action. Become interested participant in your LIFE! Decide on your Intentions and take action every day to bring them into your reality.

There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t hear someone in social media makes reference that we are in a state of high Unemployment. I say we are in a time where people need to do some self-reflection and reinvent themselves. I am going to go a step further to say there are jobs and purposeful work to do. If you really want lasting income and get paid what you are worth then now is the time to Awaken Your Soul’s Purpose. We have entered a time where we are being called to a higher level of accountability. A time when we are called to make a difference using our gifts, talents and natural abilities or better known as our Soul’s Purpose. We have come full circle and once again we are called to own our own enterprise.

4 Steps to Awaken Your Soul’s Purpose…

1. Connect with Your Feelings – Create a Daily Ritual of writing about your feel through the Power of Journaling. Write about what you really want for your life and how you feel. You can take a powerful step and write about what you would like your life to look like on December 31, 2012. Remember no one is going to read what you write besides you, so be honest tap into your heart and express your deepest desires, even it you don’t believe they will come true, when you are writing it. Re-read your journal entries once or twice a week so you can connect in a meaningful way with the words on the page. Make sure you update your journal with any new revelations that appear in your consciousness along the journey.

2. Discover Your Passions – What are you passionate about? What could you do and lose track of time? Explore your passions and see if there is a link to your current life or career desires. Each day look to incorporate more of your passions into your daily life. Treat this process like a new relationship, have fun with it, as this will allow for a deepening of your connection to your Soul’s Purpose

3. Make a List of Your Talents – Think about the areas you naturally excel in and look to see if you can turn some of your talents into a meaningful and profitable career for you. Ask 5 of your closest friends, What you are really good at? Reflect on what they share with you to see how you feel about their response. What resonates with you?

4. Decide to Embrace Change – Some times FEAR of Change is the very thing that is holding us back from exploring and connecting more deeply with our Soul’s Purpose. What I know for sure – What you are seeking is also seeking YOU!

I remember a while ago I wanted to create a completely different business model and revamp the way I grew my business. 2012 is globally known as a major transformational year, don’t go it alone!

As we approach one of the most Transformational era, I think in my lifetime, I noticed so many people who are looking to create amazing businesses but they don’t have a mentor or coach at their side to make it happen. The interesting thing is I have been surveying highly successful people and can’t find one who has said they reach their level of success without the assistance of a mentor or a coach. 

How can you expect someone to invest in you if you don’t make the first move and invest in yourself! In 2011, I hired an amazing coach who I will continue to keep nameless as my secret weapon. What I will say is by me investing in myself first, I was able to leap frog my business, growing it by 400% in less than a year. I was able to position and reposition my business on a spin of a dime. Additionally, I have been able to tap into a reservoir of resources, shortcuts, plus an open and endless stream of business growth strategies. I would have paid double my investment to be apart of my coach’s world in 2011, for all the results I have experienced online and offline.

3 Things you need to Secure to Insure Your Transformational 2012…


1. Decide and Set Your Intentions: Decide You are going to have Your Best Year Ever – Get clear on what you specifically want and the time frame you would like to accomplish this goal, task or intention.

Here’s what I know to be true…

Every year around this time, people begin to think about some random goals they think they would like to accomplish, but give little or no thought to how or why they want to accomplish them. Each year these random goals dissipate with the blistery wind of winter (that’s if you are in the Northern regions of the United States) The question I have for you is, “how can we make this an untrue statement for you in the coming year?”

2012 is a Time for Transformation…

2012 isn’t just another year but it is a year marked for miraculous transformation for those who know what they want. Do you really know what you want? Can you paint me a picture so I can step inside your vision? Most people I have asked these very questions, give me a blank stare, especially when I ask the magical question – “What do you really want for your life?” Their silence reflects back to me exactly the reason why they don’t have what they want. I realize through the years of working with budding and experienced women entrepreneurs, the reason they are not as successful as they say they want be, is because they never took the time to get crystal clear about what they want, nor do they know how to manifest anything they want. There is a system for manifestation anything that you want, that when you know the step by step system you can literally create what you want, just like clock work! It all begins when you know what you want!

Let’s get back to the original thought, “2012 is a time for transformation”, it is a time to renew our mind for what we really want and set our intentions to get the desires of our heart. The great thing is you have time to begin the process to ensure you get what you want. You still have time to begin the process of change and transformation to ensure you have the best life ever starting with 2012.
