Eat Organic and Locally Grown Whole Foods
Eat home cooked meals on daily basis filled with whole foods high in nutrients. Choose to eat as much organic and locally grown fruits and vegetables. Make your plate an exciting adventure by incorporating the full palate of colors; include green leafy vegetables like Kale, Collards, Spinach and Swiss Chard. Be adventurous and try new fruits and vegetables. If you don’t know how to prepare a particular vegetable the Internet is right at your fingertips to turn the novice cook into a gourmet chef in seconds.

Extreme Body Care
Start using all natural healthy body care products. One simple step of using an aluminum free deodorant or an organic soap will start the ball rolling in the right direction. There are quite a few great brands out that will keep you fresh all day.

Movement is the Key
Healthy Exercise habits will start you on your way to get that heart rate stimulated, get the blood circulating properly, and the oxygen flowing smoothly! Just take your pick and find the exercise that works for YOU!

Water your Temple
Drinking water daily just makes good sense. The human body is comprised of 60% water. Give your water a little boost with added benefits your body will love. Add a drop or 2 of Pure Lemon, Peppermint or Lavender essential oils to your water. Water, what a great replacement for soda!!

Sweet Dreams
Get a good night’s sleep! Your body needs 7 – 8 hours of sleep each night to put the “3 R’s to work for you: Relax, Repair and Restore”. Having trouble drifting off to “Sweet Dreams”, get a spray bottle, fill it with distilled water, add a few drops of Pure Lavender essential oil to the water, spray your pillow and sheets. Say good night to all the cares of the day!
